How many sessions should I schedule?
Everyone has different needs. Most people feel a significant change after their first visit. For those who have long standing or chronic issues, it could take several sessions to identify and resolve the details of the problem. We suggest returning in three to four weeks after the initial appointment to allow time for the changes to settle in. However, many people come sooner, even once a week in order to have a faster pace of change. Many people also come back once a month or for a periodic “tune up” to deal with whatever is happening in their lives, physically or emotionally.
